'Virtually mint- ie. unissued' and neatly hand-embroidered, WH (Heeres o. Luftwaffe) officers'-pattern side-cap-cocarde (ie. 'Mützenkokarde für Offiziers-Schiffchen')

I recently uncovered three fully identical examples of the - actually quite scarcely encountered! - WH (Heeres o. Luftwaffe) officers'-pattern side-cap-cocardes (ie. 'Mützenkokarden für das Offiziers-Schiffchen') that come all three in an overall very nice- ie. (I deem) simply never used- (ie. still 'virtually mint ie. unissued'-), condition. It should be noted that these neat officers'-pattern side-cap- (ie. 'Schiffchen'-) insignia-pieces are quite difficult to encounter (and come actually hardly ever for sale). The pieces on offer here are neatly executed in multi-coloured 'braid' and show a (paper-based and/or black-coloured) 'backing' in place (as is more often seen). The pieces were simply never side-cap-attached and came still wrapped in a piece of thin-shaped 'wrapping-paper': they all three show some minimal dust and/or tarnish, simply caused by decades of storage only. The quality of the used embroidery is truly stunning: the piece is quite thick and pronounced in execution and can as such easily be graded as a piece of the 'Extra Qualität'. The pieces show a black-coloured- (and or typical 'braid'-based) 'outer-rim' and additional silver-toned piping (as can be seen on the pictures). My asking-priced is naturally intended for a single specimen. Simply a great occasion to acquire a neat - and hard to find! - replacement-item that is ideally fitted to restore any quality officers'-type WH-officers-type side-cap (ie. 'Schiffchen für Offiziere')!
