Genuine silver-based(!) honorary-badge (ie. 'Ehrenzeichen des Reichsverbandes d. Ruhestandsbeamten u. Hinterbliebenen e.V.') being a maker- (ie. 'H. Timm - Berlin'-) marked example that came stored in its period etui

This is an attractive - very unusual and never before seen! - TR-period, silverish- (ie. bright-golden-) toned- and luxuriously-styled! honorary-badge (ie. lapel-pin ie. 'Ehrenzeichen') being a neatly-maker- (ie. 'H. Timm - Berlin'-) marked example as was issued to commemorate honorary membership within a (presumably) veteran-related asscociation named the: 'Reichsverband d. Ruhestandsbeamten u. Hinterbliebenen e.V.' and that is sub-titled: 'Für Verdienste um den Verband' that came stored in its (luxuriously-styled!) etui and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit surely issued ie. moderately worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in silverish-grey- ie. golden-toned- (ie. genuine silver-based and/or '800'-marked) metal - shows great detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit dirty ie. stained). The (solid-back- and shield-shaped) piece shows an enamelled shield and swastika surrounded by the abovemetioned text: moreover, does it show golden-toned oakleaves. The badge came naturally mounted onto its (functional) pin-/catch set-up and came stored in its (period- and also luxuriously-styled, green-toned- and semi-leather-based) etui (that came in an equally nicely preserved condition. Simply a very decorative - and most certainly scarcely encountered! - 'Reichsverband d. Ruhestandsbeamten u. Hinterbliebenen e.V.'-related honorary-badge (ie. 'Ehrenzeichen') that would merit further investigative work!
