Hardly used, maker- (ie. '88'-) marked example of a black wound-badge (or: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Schwarz') as being produced by the maker: 'Wener Redo'

The attractive (and magnetic) black-class WB on offer here is only minimally used and does shows some some truly minimal wear and/or aging (as can be seen on the pictures. The badge truly retains almost all of its original, black-coloured- and/or somewhat 'matted'- ie. satin-like finish: it was simply nicely preserved over the years. The badge is as stated neatly maker-marked with the makers'-designation: '88' on its back (as can be seen on the pictures) signifying that it deals with a piece that was produced by the 'Werner Redo'-company based in the town of Saarlautern. Of course, are the (regular- ie. thin-shaped-) pin and/or (typical) catch (-set-up) fully functional and of course present. This piece has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal dust and/or staining as to be expected. Hard to upgrade this attractive example!
