WH Czech-occupation- (ie. 'Anschluss'-) medal: '1. Oktober 1938' that comes mounted onto its period ribbon and that shows a firmly (and period!) attached 'Prager Burg-Spange' and that came with its accompanying 'Feld-/Bandspange'

This is a very attractive example of a - quite seldomly seen! - bright-golden-toned, WH (Heeres o. Kriegsmarine etc.) WH Czech 'Anschluss'- (ie. occupation-) medal: '1 October 1938' (as was given to all members of the armed forces that participated in the German occupation of Czecoslovakia, which started on 1 October 1938) that comes mounted onto its nicely confectioned, black/red/black-coloured ribbon as issued and that comes with a firmly (and most certainly period-) attached 'Prager Burg-Spange' and its accompanying, single-pieced 'Feld-/Bandspange' (ie. ribbon-bar) and. The detail on both examples is truly very nicely preserved: both have never been cleaned nor polished and have an attractive and somewhat 'frosted'- (ie. minimally tarnished) age-patina (as can be seen on the pictures). The award (and 'Spange') truly retain gorgeous details and have both a great ie. only minimally darkened- ie. tarnished age-patina: both retain all of their fairly 'glossy'- and/or: bright-golden-toned finish. The multi-coloured ribbon shows only minimal usage and/or staining. Hard to find a more attractive WH Czech 'Anschluss'-medal-set with period-attached 'Prager Burg-Spange' for a better price!
