  1. Cloth Eagles

This is a superb - and actually very desirable and scarcely encountered! - WH (Heeres) so-called: 'T-shaped'- (ie. 'M42-pattern') cap-eagle/cocarde (ie. cap-trapezoid) as executed in 'BeVo'- weave weave pattern onto a field-grey-coloured background and that comes still mounted onto its 'cut-out' cap front-piece (of I deem an M43-cap) as found and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. most certainly used- ie. worn-), condition. The eagle/cocarde trapezoid is executed in typical grey-coloured linnen onto a field-grey-coloured background as to be expected. (These trapezoids were specifically produced for the impopular M-42-model cap, but were used also on the more often seen so-called M43 caps). The piece is possibly trimmed and comes neatly pre-folded and/or stitched onto the front-piece of a cap: the obvious machine-stitching is evident and of course still fully present and nicely preserved (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a very nice - and with certainty scarcely seen! - 'M42-pattern'-cap-trapezoid which is truly special due to its 'cut-out'-format: I acquired this piece some years ago in the USA, where it most certainly ended once as a 'veteran-bring-back'-item: it was in my own collection for years. Mint examples of these 'T-shaped' eagles are already difficult to find: used and/or truly cap-removed specimen even more so. Simply a very nice and desirable piece something that I deem merits my asking-price!
