Pair of WH (Luftwaffe) collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel') as was intended for usage by a: 'Flieger-Ingenieur' (being a rank similar to: 'Leutnant')

This is an attractive - fully matching and actually scarcely encountered! - pair of neatly hand-embroidered, WH (Luftwaffe) collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Offiziere der Luftwaffe') as executed in bright-silver-coloured braid onto a bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured background as was specifically intended for usage by an engineer-officer holding the rank of: 'Flieger-Ingenieur' (being a rank similar to: 'leutnant' ie. lieutnant) and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem simply never used- nor tunic-attached- ie. 'virtually mint'-), condition. The tabs are executed in the neat smooth-like (ie. 'moleskin'-type) wool and have truly extraordinary detail: the shown craftmanship is simply stunning. The backing is constructed of beige-coloured, so-called 'buckram'-based cloth (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair shows some minimal age- ie. staining simply caused by decades of storage and handling only: moreover, were both tabs once glued into an album or scrapbook and do show some minimal glue- ie. paper-remains on their backs (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these 'pink-coloured' LW-tabs as intended for commissioned staffmembers of the 'Ingenieurkorps der Luftwaffe' are quite hard to encounter and can easily be graded 'scarce'. Simply a very attractive collar-tab-pair that belonged to a: 'Flieger-Ingenieur' and that will be impossible to be upgraded!
