Smaller-sized example (ie. 'Halbminiatur') of a WH (KM) 'Blockadebrecher-Kriegsabzeichen' (or: blocade-runner war-badge) being a detailed, non-maker-marked example as executed in zinc-based metal (ie. 'Feinzink')

This is an attractive - typically smaller-sized - example (ie. 'Halbminiatur') of a WH (Kriegsmarine) so-called: 'Blockadebrecher-Kriegsabzeichen' (or: blocade-runner war-badge) being a detailed, albeit non-marked example as executed in greyish-coloured, zinc-based metal (ie. 'Feinzink') and that comes in an overall nice (albeit moderately used and/or worn-), condition. The lapel-pin comes mounted onto its typically-shaped- (and/or 4,5 cms. long-sized-) pin as to be expected. The tiny badge - which has an approximate diameter of only 2,7 cms. - still maintains great pronounced detail and has I deem never been cleaned nor polished: it has, however, lost some of its period finish, something that has simply been caused by minimal usage and/or decades of storage. It should be noted that the naval 'Blockadebrecherabzeichen' were issued together with these neat miniature-versions: they even came in the specific, larger-sized etuis that held both versions: these 'Halbminiature' are sometimes missing in collections. In any case is this a fine and 100% genuine example of this scarcely encountered 'Kriegsmarine'-award ie. 'Halbminiatur': I deem that I have priced it accordingly!
