Truly unusual - and fully matching! - pair of (tropical-styled!) WH (Heeres) officers'-type collar-tabs, as piped in the bright-red-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Offizier der Artillerie-Trpn.'

The very attractive - and possibly unique! - pair of (very unusually tropical-styled!) WH (Heeres) officers'-type collar-tabs on offer here is unusually executed onto (typical) tan-coloured linnen and comes in a moderately used- ie. clearly once tunic-attached, condition. The collar-tabs - which show the hand-embroiderd and/or bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter') branchcolour as to be expected - show great pronounced detail: especially the (somewhat subdued) silverish-grey-coloured embroidery is simply stunning and/or very pronounced. The tabs are neatly 'backed' with yellowish-beige-toned 'buckram'-based material and do show some moderate age and/or wear: some of the stitching-remains with which the tabs were once tunic-attached are still present and/or visible (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem that this interesting pair was specifically ordered by an officer who served on the African continent and had these constructed by a private tailor. The pair shows some obvious wear, age and/or staining and originates from a private-household where it was recently uncovered. Simply a very attractive - and unusually found! - officers'-type collar-tab-pair that is (I deem) accordingly priced!
