  1. Belts & Buckles

The attractive officers'-pattern buckle (ie. 'Koppelschloss für Führer des Reichsarbeitsdienstes') was I deem issued- but hardly worn and has maintained very nice and/or pronounced detail: it does show, however, some minimal staining ie. age (and/or dust) simply caused by decades of storage and/or minimal wear. It has, however, never been cleaned nor polished and is still a bit dirty ie. stained and comes as recently found. As stated above, is the buckle a clearly marker- (ie. 'A'- or: 'Assmann & Söhne') marked and/or: '1937'-dated example (something that is not always the the case). The buckle - that came with its period, equally aluminium-based: 'Gegenhaken' orginates from an older belt-buckle-collection that was compiled over many years and that I recently acquired for the web-site. These decorative RAD officers'-type belt-buckles could be worn on the standard-issued-type leather-based belts but could also be used with the specific 'Ausgeh'- (ie. parade-) brocade-type belts. It should be noted that these 'RAD' officers'-type belt-buckles can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'. Simply a very attractive example that is with certainty accordingly priced!
