'Infanterie Sturmabzeichen in Silber' being a (typical) non-maker-marked and/or quite converse, 'solid-back' example as was executed in greyish-silver-coloured, zinc-based metal by the maker: 'Frank & Reif'

This example is a very attractive - and I deem hardly used nor worn - example of an: 'Infanterie Sturmabzeichen in Silber' (or: silver-class infantry-assault badge ie. IAB) being a very converse-shaped, 'solid-back'-pattern and/or (typical) non-maker-marked example as was executed in (somewhat shiny, typical silverish-toned) zinc-based metal (ie. 'Feinzink') and that was produced by the desirable: 'Frank & Reif'-company and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem issued- and I deem just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. This example has a (typical and pristine) copper-toned pin- and/or catch set-up and seems to be totally uncleaned and has still an attractive and/or somewhat 'tarnished' age-patina: most of its period-applied silver finish has been very nicely preserved (as is not always the case). The pin and/or catch (ie. set-up-) are of course fully functional and present. The piece shows some minimal wear and/or staining but was with certainty never cleaned nor polished. It should be noted that IABs as produced by the 'Frank & Reif'-company are quite difficult to encounter and are not that often offered for sale. Simply a nice occasion to acquire a scarcely encountered 'IAB-variant' that was produced by the: 'Frank & Reif'-company as was based in the town of Stuttgart and that is I deem priced according to its comparative scarcity and/or desirability!
