This is an attractive - multi-coloured and neatly 'BeVo'-woven! - so-called: 'Ärmelabzeichen des Scharnhorstbundes' that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used- and/or worn- ie. presumably once tunic-attached-), condition. These neat badges were worn (during the period of the 'Weimarer Republik') onto the upper-left sleeve and signified membership within the: 'Scharnhorstbund'. The badge on offer here originates from a smaller collection of 'Der Stahlhelm - Bund der Frontsoldaten (Sta)'-insignia I recently acquired for the web-site. I deem that this attractive insignia-piece from the 30-ies is accordingly priced!
