Attractive - and truly scarcely seen! - WH (Kriegsmarine) neatly hand-embroidered, officers'-type breasteagle on a darker-blue background as was specifically intended for the various naval administrative-officials (ie. 'Beambten der Kriegsmarine')

This is a truly attractive - most certainly uesed and actually very scarcely encountered! - example of a WH (Kriegsmarine) neatly hand-embroidered, officers'-type breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Beambten u. Offiziere der Kriegsmarine') that comes stitched onto a darker-blue- (almost black!) coloured background as was specifically intended for usage by the various naval administrative-officials (ie. 'Beambten der KM') and that comes in an overall very nice- (and as stated above carefully tunic-removed-), condition. This example - having a length ie. 'wingspan' of approximately 10,9 cms. - is nicely hand-embroidered using (bright) silverish-coloured 'braid' onto a darker-blue-coloured (and/or woolen-based-) background and does show some 'high-lighted'-areas as executed in bright-silver- (ie. black-) coloured thread ie. braid (as can be seen on the pictures). The eagle - which is void of a makers'-designation as more often and that does show minimal usage and wear as can be noticed on the pictures - is void of an additional 'backing' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive example of a WH (Kriegsmarine) officers'-type breast-eagle of the 'Extra Qualität' that is accordingly priced!
