Superb, frosted silver-toned (and I deem zinc- ie. 'Feinzink'-based!) 'Deutsche Volkspflege'-medal being a non-maker-marked example that came together with its (confectioned- and somewhat shortened) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt')

The attractive, silver-toned and (I deem) zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) based so-called: 'Deutsche Volkspflege'- (ie. civil-service-) medal came together with its (confectioned albeit minimally-shortened) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') recently found. The award - that was clearly once-mounted - is a very detailed and/or pronounced example: it has a truly very nice and only minimally 'tarnished' age-patina and was most certainly never cleaned nor polished (as can be seen on the pictures). The medal came together with its neat (ie. approximately 18 cms. long-sized) piece of (truly bright-red-coloured- ie. not-faded) ribbon as issued and/or found. The award was recently found at a German private-household and was truly never before in collectors'-hands. Simply an attractive 'Deutsche Volkspflege'-set that will be very hard to be upgraded and that is I deem accordingly priced!
