The somewhat smaller-sized 'Flieger'- (ie. 'WHW'- or: 'Winter Hilfs-Werke-') related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in (typical) silverish-grey-toned and I deem zinc-based metal (ie. pot-metal) and depicts a plane and depicting the text (ie. famous quote) that reads: 'Das Deutsche Vollk muss ein Volk von Fliegern werden - Herrmann Göring'. The 'hollow-back'-pattern badge - that is void of a makers'-designation - comes naturally stillmounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up and was (I deem) never cleaned nor polished: it just shows some minimal staining but is still detailed and/or pronounced. Simply a nice occasion to acquire an attractive so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' for a justified price!
