Attractive - and not that easily encountered! - 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (ie. Iron Cross 2nd Class) being a nicely preserved (non-maker-marked and early-war-period example) as was produced by the: 'Otto Schickle'-company

This is a truly very nicely preserved example of an: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (ie. Iron Cross 2nd Class) being a non-marker-marked- (and I deem fairly early-war-period) example as was (I deem) produced by the: 'Otto Schickle'-company and that comes in an overall very nice- (and presumably issued- albeit hardly or even never worn nor even mounted-), condition. The piece has never been cleaned and shows a nice (blackened- and somewhat 'satin-like'-) patina and shows a fully undamaged, black-coloured inner-core-section (I deem that it was issued albeit hardly worn: it shows, however, some regular storage-age ie. dust only). The attractive piece came together with its 'virtually mint'- and/or never confectioned (ie. 29 cms. long-sized-) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschitt') as issued and/or stored for decades. As stated above, has the cross great and very fine detail: it is just a bit 'tarnished' over the years and has never been cleaned (it is just a tiny bit dusty). Simply a very attractive 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' that was produced by the by the: 'Otto Schickle'-company and that will be very hard to be upgraded!
