Superb, aluminium-based commemorative N.S.K.K.-related plaque (ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Auszeichnungsplakette') showing an illustration of an N.S.K.K.-trooper and text: '17. Zuverlässigkeitsfahrt Rund um Wien 1939'

This is a very attractive - and with certainty not that often- ie. most certainly scarcely encountered! - bright silverish-toned- (and - I deem - light-weight aluminium-based) so-called: N.S.K.K.-related commemorative-plaque (ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Auszeichnungsplakette') showing a detailed and pronounced illustration of an N.S.K.K.-trooper and text that reads: '17. Zuverlässigkeitsfahrt Rund um Wien 1939' and that comes as stored for decades and that comes in an overall wonderful and truly nicely preserved, condition. The neat - somewhat larger-sized- and/or light-weight-piece (having an approximate diameter of 6,2 cms.) - has truly pronounced detail and was never cleaned nor polished: it has maintained a neat typical, aluminium-age-patina (but also shows some minimal tarnish as can be seen on the pictures). The back of the medal shows a typical N.S.K.K.-related eagle-device that is surrounded by the text: 'Motorgruppe Ostmark - N.S.K.K. Standarte “M94”' (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece came as issued and/or stored for decades. These attractive (I deem) semi-official - N.S.K.K.-related presentation-pieces were presumably used as some sort of awards and were (presumably) handed-out during a specific annual N.S.K.K.-related tour (named: the '17. Zuverlässigkeitsfahrt Rund um Wien' as was held in the year 1939). Simply a very attractive - and with certainty unusually encountered! - N.S.K.K.-table-medal ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Auszeichnungsplakette' that might merit some further investigative work!
