  1. Shoulderboards & -straps (singles)

This is a truly attractive - albeit single but nevertheless scarcely encountered! - WH (Heeres) (I deem) early- (ie. mid-)war period- (ie. 'M40- o. M43'-pattern) NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the desirable bright-green- (ie. 'wiesengrüner'-) coloured branchcolour, as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel der Panzer-Grenadier-Truppen' (ie. sergeant who served within an infantry-related, so-called: rifle-regiment ie. unit) and that shows a bright-red-coloured (regimental) indicator 'Lasche' period-attached and that comes in an overall nice (albeit moderately used- ie. worn- and/or carefully 'cut-off-a-tunic'-), condition. The neat shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 11 cms. sized in length - has the field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' and has the neat (and desirable!) bright-green- (ie. 'wiesengrüner'-) coloured- and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type, piping, attached. The strap comes without tongue and was carefully 'cut-off-a-tunic': it does show obvious wear, usage and/or minimal age. The strap has the 'standard'-type, bluish-grey-coloured (ie. 'sub-dued'-type) 'Heeres'-NCO-braid and a single (aluminium-based) pip attached denoting that the bearer held the rank of: 'Feldwebel' (ie. sergeant). Of course, is it of additional interest that this specimen shows a (firmly- and period!) attached bright-red-coloured so-called: (regimental) indicator 'Lasche' attached (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive - and actually scarcely found! - NCO-type 'Panzergrenadiere'-shoulderstrap that belonged to a: 'Feldwebel der Panzer-Grenadier-Truppen': too bad that it is only a single specimen!
