  1. Shoulderboards & -straps (pairs)

This is an attractive - fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of neatly 'cyphered' (and I deem fairly early-war-period pattern), WH (Kriegsmarine) NCO-type shoulderstraps (as was specifically intended for usage on the field-grey-coloured navy tunics) as was specifically intended for - and most certainly worn by! - an: 'Oberfeldwebel eines Küsten-Artillerie-Regiments o. Abteilungs' (ie. NCO and sergeant first-class who served within a naval-related, coastal-artillery unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The straps - which are truly 'text-book' in all facets and measure approximately 11,5 cms. in length (and have a width of 5,8 cms. as usual) - have the field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and come mounted onto their functional tongues. The straps shows a pair of (matching, zinc-based- and/or minimally tarnished) so-called: 'crossed anchor'-cyphers (ie. Ziffern) and two pairs of (smaller-sized, matching and equally zinc-based) pips period-attached, denoting the NCOs rank of: 'Oberfeldwebel'. The set has naturally also the golden-coloured- (ie. 'standard'-pattern) WH Kriegsmarine NCO-braid attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which originate from an old shoulderboard-collection I recently acquired - show some clear age and/or wear (they have been clearly tunic-removed and were moderately used). Simply a very attractive and neatly 'cyphered', naval NCO'-type shoulderstrap-pair as was intended for usage on the field-grey coloured attire: one the most attractive pairs in this particular rank I ever had on offer!
