Interesting - fully matching and scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres) later-war period- (ie. 'simplified'- ie. M44-/M45-pattern-) EM-type shoulderstraps as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen'

The attractive - very roughly-executed but nevertheless truly unusually seen! - WH (Heeres) shoulderstraps do show the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and (very unusual and 'thicker-styled'!) linnen-based, 'cord-like'-type piping attached and measure approximately 10 cms. in length each and are clearly of the so-called: 'last-ditch'- (ie. M44/M45-) pattern. The shoulderstraps are constructed from the (field-grey-toned- and/or quite roughly executed ie. Italian-style) later-war-type wool (aka 'drap Orti') (as can be seen on pictures). The straps come naturally mounted onto their simplified tongues and do show clear usage and/or moderate wear ie. age (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was clearly used and/or worn as such. It should be noted that these matching pairs of white-piped- (thus 'Infanterie'-related and/or later-war period- ie. 'simplified'- ie. M44/M45-pattern-) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps are very desirable and can easily be graded 'very scarce' even more so when they come in this moderately used- and/or truly worn condition!
