Attractive - and matching! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-war-) period- (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M43'-pattern, NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for an: 'Uffz. des Kav.- o. Div. Aufklärungs-Abts. 246 (mot)'

This is a truly attractive - fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of 'standard-issued'- (and not 'tailor-made'- nor 'privately-purchased'-) pattern, WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-war-) period- (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M43'-pattern) NCO-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') as was piped in the desirable golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour and that comes with its (period) attached pair of shoulderstrap-slip-ons (ie. 'Überschuben') as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier des Kavallerie- o. Div. Aufklärungs-Abteilungs 246 (mot)' (or: junior-sergeant who served within a cavalry-related, motorised, reconnaissance-unit numbered: '246') something that can naturally easily be deducted from the attached 'Überschube'-pair and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just moderately used- and most certainly worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat straps - which have the 'standard'-pattern, field-grey-coloured and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and that measure approximately 11,2 cms. in length each - show the neat golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come mounted onto their functional tongues and show the greyish-silver-toned (ie. non-sub-dued) NCO-braid attached as can be noticed on the pictures). The neat set shows a pair of shoulderstrap-slip-ons (ie. 'Schulterstück-Überschuben') attached bearing both the unit-designation: '246' (as executed in equally golden-yellow-coloured, so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei' done in wool as can be seen on the pictures). The pair comes in an overall nice condition and just shows moderate wear and/or age: it is just very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat - and most certainly desirable! - NCO-type, 'Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair for a justified price!
