Early- (ie. pre-) war-period 'SA Sportabzeichen in Bronze' being a nicely maker- (ie. 'E. Schneider'-) marked example that bears a unique, stamped bearers'-number that reads: '245689' on its back

The attractive - and I deem fairly early- (ie. pre-) war-period - so-called: 'SA Sportabzeichen in Bronze' (or: bronze-class SA-sports-badge) is as stated nicely maker-marked on its back with the makers'-designation: 'E. Schneider' as based in the town of Lüdenscheid and also bears the (with pieces by this maker) usually encountered stamped-inscription that reads: 'Eigentum d. SA Sportabz. Hauptstelle' (on the back of the sword as is more often seen). The badge - which comes naturally mounted onto its functional (and unaltered) pin- (ie. catch-) set-up - just shows moderate usage and/or wear and was - I deem - never (recently) cleaned nor polished: it truly retains most (ie. all!) of its original (and somewhat bright-toned) golden-bronze-coloured-finish which is nicely preserved over the years (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge is just a tiny bit stained ie. dirty caused by moderate wear and/or storage for decades. Simply an attractive, fairly early-period- and/or: neatly 'serial-numbered'-example of the bronze-class SA-sports-badge that is I deem accordingly priced!
