Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres), early-war period- (ie. 'M40'/'M43'-pattern) 'cyphered', NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberwachtmeister u. Mitglied einer Art.-Uffz.-Schule'

This is an attractive - and/or fully matching and with certainty scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres), early-war period- (ie. 'M40'/'M43'-pattern) and neatly 'cyphered', NCO-type shoulderstraps as was piped in the desirable bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for - and with certainty worn by! - an: 'Oberwachtmeister u. Mitglied einer Artillerie-Unteroffizierschule' (or: sergeant first-class and presumably instructor or trainer who served within one of the army artillery NCO-schools) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used and/or worn-), condition. The (typical 'standard-issued'-pattern) shoulderstraps measure approximately 11,7 cms. in length each and have the 'standard-type'- and/or: field-green-coloured, woolen-based 'upperdecks' and shows the bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured and woolen-based piping ie. branchcolour attached (as can be see pictures). The straps - which come mounted onto their functional tongues attached - show as stated above only moderate usage and/or wear (some minor wear, staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). The straps show the ('standard-issue'-pattern) silver-coloured, NCO-braid attached and show a matching pair of silver-toned- (larger-sized, Gothic-styled and/or: aluminium-based) so-called: 'US'-cyphers (ie. 'Ziffern') and two pairs of (identically styled and regular-sized) pips, period-attached. This particular pair - which is as stated above completely matching and that was most certainly worn as such as a pair - originated from an older cloth- and/or shoulderstrap-collection I recently acquired. In any case a very attractive and/or: early- (ie. pre-) war-period, 'Heeres-Artillerie'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by an: an: 'Oberwachtmeister o. Oberfeldwebel u. Mitglied einer Artillerie-Unteroffizierschule' and that is accordingly priced!
