Attractive, 'Feinzink'-based- and/or clearly maker-marked example of a WH (Luftwaffe) 'Frontflugspange für Kampfflieger in Bronze' as was produced by the: 'G.H. Osang'-company

This is a very attractive and pronounced, typical zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) based and clearly maker- (ie. 'G.H. Osang'-marked) example of a WH (Luftwaffe) 'Frontflugspange für Kampfflieger in Bronze' (or: bronze-class bomber-pilots'-clasp ie. FFS) as was produced by the: 'G.H. Osang'-company based in the town of Dresden and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. moderately used- and/or worn-), condition. The neat piece has simply extraordinary detail and retains a fair bit of its period-applied- (and somewhat darker- ie. tarnished), bronze-toned finish: the neat (and I deem 'Buntmetall'-based) eagle-device (which is additionally attached to the clasp) is equally detailed and also retains most of its silver-toned and/or minimal 'tarnished' finish. The piece comes as stated above in a moderately used- and/or worn condition. It does show, however, great character and/or fine, pronounced detail. The clasp is naturally in great shape ie. order: the typical pin-/ie. pin-attachment, period-catch and/or single rivet are in fine (and/or undamaged nor repaired-) order. The clasp has never been cleaned nor polished and has a neat and/or slightly tarnished 'age-patina'. It originated from a private-household in Germany and was never before part of any collection. Simply a neat - and not that often encountered! - fairly 'high-class' Luftwaffe-award ie. FFS that is priced accordingly!
