Attractive, early- (ie. pre-) war-period example of an: 'SA-Sportabzeichen in Bronze' being a detailed and/or neatly maker- (ie. 'Fechler - Bernsbach i. Sa.'-) marked example that is void of a bearers'-number

The truly attractive - simply hardly ever worn and I deem fairly early- (ie. eventually pre-war-) period - bronze-class SA-sports'-badge (ie. 'SA-Sportabzeichen in Bronze') is as stated nicely maker-marked on its back with the makers'-designation: 'Fechler - Bernsbach i. Sa.' and that also bears the usually encountered inscription: 'Eigentum d. S.A. Sportabz. Hauptstelle' (as is visible on the back of the sword as always). The badge - which comes naturally mounted onto its functional- and totally unaltered pin- and catch-(set-up) - simply shows hardly any wear nor age (it can be easily graded: 'virtually mint'!) and was never cleaned nor polished (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece has a somewhat darkened bronze-toned finish (that is fully present and preserved: most (ie. truly all!) of its period 'Brennlack'-finished surface has been very nicely preserved). The badge is just a tiny bit stained ie. dirty caused by minimal wear and/or decades of storage. Nevertheless, a fairly early- (ie. eventually pre-war-) period, bronze-class SA-sports'-badge that is I deem priced according to its wonderful and totally untouched condition!
