  1. Wound Badges

The neat - albeit moderately used - golden-class wound-badge (or: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Gold') is executed in typical zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) based metal and shows only moderate usage and/or wear ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). It comes naturally mounted onto its fully functional and/or (typically) thin-shaped (and golden-toned!) pin (which is of course fully functional) and has a totally unaltered (and typical molded-styled) catch. The badge has most certainly never cleaned but has regrettably lost most (ie. almost all!) of its golden-toned finish (ie. the golden-toned finish has clearly 'migriert' ie. has 'faded-away' over the years (as is more often observed). It only shows some minimal tarnish (it has I deem never been cleaned nor polished though). It is - as stated above - a clearly maker- (ie. '30'-) marked example that is unmistaken a piece that can be attributed to the desirable Austrian maker (ie. 'Hersteller') named: 'Hauptmünzamt' based in the town of Wien (Vienna). I deem that I have priced this - untouched albeit regrettably 'migriertes' - golden-class WB accordingly!
