This is an attractive example of a so-called: police- (ie. 'Schutzpolizei o. Gendarmerie'-) related, neatly hand-embroidered trade- ie. special-career patch (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') depicting a bright-green-coloured steering-wheel as was specifically intended for drivers (ie. 'Kraftfahrpersonal') and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem hardly- ie. never used- nor worn-), condition. The patch is neatly hand-embroidered in bright-green-coloured linnen on a field-grey- (ie. typical police-) coloured- and/or woolen-based background. The patch - which is 'backed' with a piece of white-coloured linnen as more often encountered - hardly shows wear nor age and comes in a wonderful condition, overall. The piece was once glued into an album or scrapbook and does show some minimal glue- ie. carton-remains on its back, Simply a neat - and actually quite scarcely encountered! - police- (ie. 'Schutzpolizei o. Gendarmerie'-) related trade- and/or special-career patch!
