This is a truly very attractive - fully matching and with certainty rarely seen! - pair of WH (Heeres), I deem early-war-period- (ie. 'M36'- ie.: 'M40'-model- ie. rounded-style-) 'cyphered', enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as was piped in the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and with certainty worn by! - a: 'Soldat u. Mitglied des Unteroffiziersvorschule IX' (or: soldier ie. student who was a trainee within the infantry-related NCO-school, numbered: '9') and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat straps - which havethe 'standard'-pattern- and/or darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' - have the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured- and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which measure approximately 11,6 cms. in length each - come without tongues: they were carefully 'cut-off' a tunic (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps shows the nicely machine-embroidered, Gothic-styled, 'U'- and/or: 'V'-cyphers and/or: Roman-styled: 'IX'-numerals (naturally also executed in white-coloured linnen ie. wool). The straps show - as stated above - only moderate usage ie. wear (just some moderate age, dust and/or staining is visible and/or present). In any case is this a nice occasion to acquire a very attractive and desirable EM-type, 'Infanterie'-related 'Unteroffiziersvorschule'-shoulderstrap-pair: I deem that this attractive and rarely found pair is accordingly priced!
