Attractive - and not that easily found! - 'Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen' (or General Assault Badge ie. GAB), being a neat zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) version as was procuced by the: 'C.E. Juncker'- company

This is an attractive - and only moderately used and/or minimally tarnished - so-called: 'Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen' (or: General Assault Badge ie. GAB), being a neat (and typical!) non-maker-marked, zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) version that was (I deem) procuced by the: 'C.E. Juncker'-company and that comes in an overall nice- (and I deem only moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The badge on offer here concerns an (I deem) mid- ie. later-war-period, zinc- ie. 'Feinzink'-based specimen that has lost most of its silver-coloured finish: the piece has a typical 'zinc-like'- appearance, showing still nice detail and/or finish as to be expected. The badge has never been cleaned nor polished (and is still also a tiny bit dirty ie. stained- ie. tarnished as mentioned above). As stated is the piece a non-maker-marked example that shows the various characteristics - such as for example the typically-shaped pin-set-up and/or: modelled catch (both attached on tiny plates) - as only seen on GABs as produced by the: 'C.E. Juncker'-company based in the town of Berlin: it shows a so called 'classic Junckers' pin-/pin-/catch set-up. The neat piece - which is very pronounced and has truly great pronounced detail - naturally shows all the details as to be expected for a badge by this particular maker. It was found as such at a German private household and was never before in a collection. It was most certainly never cleaned nor polished. Simply an attractive - and detailed! - 'Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen' (or: General Assault Badge ie. GAB) as was produced by the 'C.E. Juncker'-company!
