  1. War-badges (IAB, CCC, GAB & PAB)

This is an attractive - and actually fairly scarcely seen! - most certainly issued- and/or just moderately worn - example of an: 'Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in Silber' (or: silver-class infantry-assault badge ie. IAB) being a non-maker-marked (zinc-based) so-called: 'four-rivet'-pattern example as was produced by a to date still unidentified maker and that comes in an overall nice- (and I deem surely issued- and/or just moderately used ie. worn-), condition. This example is a typical non-maker-marked award that shows the various characteristics as only seen on 'four-rivet'-pattern IABs. The - truly very pronounced! - war-badge seems to be totally uncleaned and has a still an attractive and only minimally tarnished age-patina: truly most of its (tarnished) silver-toned finish has been nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). The (copper-toned) pin, four rivets and/or catch (ie. set-up-) are of course fully functional and present (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece - which originates from a private-household where it was recently found - was never cleaned and has been nicely preserved. Simply an honest 'Feinzink'-based, IAB of the 'four rivet'-variant-pattern and that is accordingly priced!
