This is an interesting - albeit single! - neatly 'cut-off' example of a piece of field-grey-coloured tunic-collar that shows a WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-war-) period EM-type collar-tab (ie.: 'Einheitskragenspiegel') being of the 'generic-type' as used by all branches of the: 'Deutsche Wehrmacht' and that comes in an overall nice- albeit moderately used-, condition. The neat - and/or 'all-linnen'-based - tab is piped in the darker-green-coloured (ie. generic!) branchcolour having a darker-green-coloured centre-stripe and was as such intended for usage by a soldier within all branches of the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht'. The tab was directly applied onto the collar without using a dark-green-coloured, woolen-based 'underlay' (it neatly shows how these tabs were period-attached using machine- AND hand-stitching). This interesting piece originates from the USA where it was brought (in 1945) as a so-called: 'veteran-bringback'-item. I deem that I have priced this interesting - and most certainly not that often found! - WWII souvenir-item accordingly!
