Medal-set: 'Deutsches Schutzwall Ehrenzeichen' (aka: 'Westwall'-medal) being a non-maker-marked- and/or: 'Buntmetall'-based specimen that comes mounted onto its period- (and neatly folded ie. pre-confectioned) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt')

This is an attractive medal-set: 'Deutsches Schutzwall Ehrenzeichen' (aka: 'Westwall'-medal) being a non-maker-marked- and/or 'Buntmetall'-based specimen that comes mounted onto its period- (and neatly folded- ie. pre-confectioned- ie. stitched-together) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') as recently found. The neat medal came mounted onto its original, minimally confectioned- (and approx. 15 cms. long-sized- and/or mustard-yellow-coloured) ribbon as issued and/or stored for decades. The medal - which is a neat 'Buntmetall'-based specimen - has an attractive (albeit darkened) bronze-coloured age-patina (simply caused by decades of storage) and was most certainly never cleaned nor polished and therefore are details and/or finish still very nice and/or crisp. Simply an attractive - and I deem fairly early-war-period! - 'Deutsches Schutzwall Ehrenzeichen' (aka: 'Westwall'-medal)-set that is accordingly priced!
