This is an attractive - albeit minimally mismatched but actually not that easily found! - pair of typical RAD (ie. 'Reichsarbeitsdienst') EM- (ie. NCO-) type shoulderstraps (being of the third and final pattern as was used in the period between 1942-45) as was intended for usage by a: 'RAD-Hauptvormann' and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. clearly used- and/or once tunic-attached-), condition. The neat schoulderstraps have the 'standard'-pattern, earthen-brown-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and show the twisted, silver-coloured and/or braid-based piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps measure approximately 10,5 cms. in length each and are of the regular-issued - (ie. non-private-production-) type. The straps come mounted onto their period tongues and come in a very nice, ie. fully 'text-book' condition, overall. Both straps show two (identical, aluminium-based) pips attached whereas one of the straps has a double black-and-silver-coloured- (ie. striped-) and/or braid-based 'Lasche' (firmly) attached denoting the soldiers-rank of: 'RAD-Hauptvormann'. The pair shows - as stated above - only moderate wear and/or age but is void of any damage (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a great occasion to acquire a desirable (and hard to find!) 'Reichsarbeitsdienst'-related, EM- (ie. NCO-) type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'RAD-Hauptvormann'!
