Linnen-based- and/or partly woven-style-, darker-blue-coloured armband (ie. 'Armbinde') depicting a capital 'O'-character, as was presumably intended for staff-members of the German RLB (ie. 'Reichsluftschutz-Bund')

This is a linnen-based- and/or partly woven-style-, darker-blue-coloured armband (ie. 'Armbinde') depicting a capital 'O'-character, as was presumably intended for staff-members of the German RLB (ie. 'Reichsluftschutz-Bund') and that comes in an overall very nice- (IMO issued- but hardly worn-), condition. These neat linnen-based armbands were (presumably) used by the various (civil- and/or military-) staff-members of the German air-raid-warden service (ie. 'RLB') and signified: 'Ordnungs u. Absperrdienst' (ie. order- and crowd-control service). The armband on offer here measures approximately 37 x 10 cms. and is executed in typical linnen (showing a nicely woven 'O'-character-sign attached by means of ('BeVo'-like) machine-stitching (as can be seen on the pictures). The armband shows some minimal staining ie. dust simply caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a neat and interesting RLB- (ie. 'Reichsluftschutz-Bund'-) related example that is IMO accordingly priced!
