Superb - and never before encountered! - WH (Luftwaffe) partly machine-embroidered so-called: 'LW-Traditions-Staffel- o. Gruppenabzeichen' as was intended for usage by the staff of an unidentified Lufwaffe-unit

The colourful - and typical 'shield-shaped' - patch (which is somewhat larger-sized and that has an approximate size of 10 x 9 cms.) is executed onto a piece of golden-yellow- and/or brownish-coloured linnen upon which a black-coloured- and/or diving-eagle-device holding an arrow is depicted (as can be seen on the pictures). The eagle-device is very nicely executed in so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei' and is truly detailed and pronounced. The patch - of which its exact usage nor designation could be identified by me - was simply never used nor mounted and can easily be graded 'mint-/unissued' (it was never tunic-attached nor folded backwards). I am convinced that this is a rarely seen Luftwaffe-related so-called: 'Traditions-Staffel- o. Gruppenabzeichen' that saw usage on for example the flight-combinations ie. overalls. I am convinced that this patch can be further identified by the specialised LW-collector and know with certainty that this is a rarely seen example!
