Unusually seen, 8-pieced WWI- (ie. TR- ie. N.S.D.A.P.-) related 'Ordenspange' showing amongst others: an 'N.S.D.A.P-D.A. in Bronze' (ie. '3. Stf. für 10 Jahre t.D.') and various WWI-period Austrian-(Hungarian) awards
This is a truly attractive - and in this longer-sized combination quite difficult to find and I deem only moderately used- and/or worn! - example an eight-pieced medal-bar (ie. 'Ordenspange') showing various WWI-period Austrian- and/or German and/or Third Reich-period awards and that comes in an overall nicely preserved condition. The bar shows respectively a: typical 'Buntmetall'-based: 'Kriegsverdienstmedaille 1939' (or: War Merits' medal), a: WWI Austrian-Hungarian bravery medal in bronze 'Fortitvdini', a: WWI Austrian medal: 'Vitam et Sanguinem - Grati Princeps et Patria - 1916', a: 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18' (ie.: 'Kriegsteilnehmerkreuz mit Schwertern'), an: 'N.S.D.A.P. Dienstauszeichnung in Bronze' (ie. being of the '3. Stufe für 10 Jahre treue Dienste') being a so-called: 'heavy-weight' ie. zinc-based example, a: WWI Austrian commemorative-medal: 'Signvm Memoriae 1898', an: Austrian commemorative-medal ie. 'Jubilee-Cross 1848-1908' and a: 'Deutsches Schutzwall Ehrenzeichen' (aka: 'Westwall'-medal) and that come all eight, period-mounted as a (non-detachable) 'Ordenspange' that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit issued- and I deem only moderately worn- ie. used-), condition. All - pronounced and detailed! - awards have most certainly never been cleaned and retain all most of their (golden)bronze-toned finish: all retain great pronounced detail but are just a bit tarnished but have never been cleaned. The 'Spange' just shows some minimal dirt and/or dust acquired over the years: the ribbons show some equal minor usage and/or staining. The 'Spange' has truly very nice detail and is neatly 'backed' with a piece of darker-brown-coloured wool and comes naturally mounted on its (still functional) pin-ie. catch set-up. Simply an attractive - and desirable! - example of an WWI- (ie. Austrian-Hungarian) ie. N.S.D.A.P.-related, eight-pieced 'Ordenspange' having an unusual combination and that is I deem accordingly priced!
