First pattern, WH (Heeres) officers'-type cocarde (as executed in white in so-called: 'BeVo'-weave pattern) as was specifically intended for usage on the: WH 'Knautschmützen' ie. 'Alter-art'-visor-caps
This is an attractive - I deem just minimally used and actually not that easily encountered! - WH (Heeres) officers'-type visor-cap-cocarde of the first pattern (as executed in so-called: 'BeVo'-weave pattern) as was specifically intended for usage on the: WH 'Knautschmützen' ie. 'Alter-art'-visor-caps (ie. 'Schirmmützen') and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. just minimally used- and/or carefully visor-cap-removed-), condition. The piece was clearly pre-folded but not trimmed (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece - also known in German language as: 'Kokarde für Knautsch- oder Alter-Art-Schirmmütze' - is executed in the (regular) white-toned so-called: 'BeVo'-weave-pattern onto a darker-green background as to be expected for a piece of the first pattern and shows some age ie. staining simply caused by fair wear and/or decades of storage and/or handling: it can, however, naturally easily serve to restore any 'Knautschmütze'. Simply a neat - and just minimally used- and cap-removed! - example that is I deem accordingly priced!
