HJ/BDM (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel') trade- or specialist-armbadge ie. 'HJ-Ärmelabzeichen für Angehörige des Unfall-Dienstes' (being a detailed and hand-embroidered example)
This is a very attractive - and actually quite rarely encountered! - HJ/BDM (ie. 'Hitlerjugend' or: 'Bund Deutscher Mädel') so-called: trade- ie. specialist-armbadge (aka: 'HJ-Ärmelabzeichen für Angehörige des Unfall-Dienstes') being a neatly hand-embroidered example as was specifically intended for usage by: 'HJ-Angehörige des Unfall-Dienstes' (or: youth staff-members employed in emergency-service) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used ie. once tunic- ie. shirt-attached-), condition. The neat circular-sized badge - which is void of an 'RzM'-etiket - is neatly hand-embroidered onto a beige-white-coloured, linnen-based background and has an approximate diameter of only 6 cms. The patch is just a tiny bit wrinkled and does show some minimal age ie. staining (simply caused by decades of storage and/or fair wear). Simply a very attractive - and with certainty desirable! - HJ- (ie. BDM-) related 'medical-related'-patch that is I deem priced according to its comparative rarity and/or desirability!
