Pair of WH (Heeres) officers'-type, so-called: 'Waffenrock'- (ie. dress-) collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel'): 'Offizier o. Arzt eines Sanitäts-Abts. o. Rgts.'

This is an attractive - and just moderately used- and I deem carefully tunic-removed - pair of neatly hand-embroidered and fully matching, WH (Heeres) officers'-type, so-called: 'Waffenrock'- (ie. dress-) collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Waffenrock') as piped in the darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Offizier o. Arzt eines Sanitäts-Abteilungs- o. Regiments' (or: officer and/or medical doctor who served within an army medical-unit) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. clearly used- and/or once-tunic-attached-), condition. The pair - which is of the specific pattern that was used on the WH-dress-tunics or: 'Waffenröcke' - is piped in the neat darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was once tunic-attached (by means of hand-stitching). The pieces are fully identical in execution and are not 'backed' with additional material as more often (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair shows extraordinary hand-embroidery and is fully void of any corrosion but does show some (minimal) age, wear and/or staining (and does show some minimal moth-damage on its backs). In any case is this an attractive, 'Sanitäter'-related officers'-type 'Waffenrock'-insignia-set as was intended for usage by an: 'Offizier o. Arzt eines Sanitäts-Abteilungs- o. Regiments': iit will be hard to upgrade this attractive and truly used pair!
