Early- (ie. pre-) war-period example of an: 'SA-Sportabzeichen in Bronze' being a detailed and/or neatly maker- (ie. 'Sieper u. Söhne - Lüdenscheid'-) marked example that is void of a bearers'-number

The neat - and I deem fairly early- (ie. eventually pre-war-) period - bronze-class, SA-sports'-badge (ie. 'SA-Sportabzeichen in Bronze') is as stated nicely maker-marked on its back with the typical makers'-designation: 'Sieper u. Söhne - Lüdenscheid' and that also bears the usually encountered inscription: 'Eigentum der Obersten SA-Führung' (as is visible on the back of the sword as always). The badge - which comes naturally mounted onto its functional- (and fully unaltered!) pin- ie. pin-/catch-(set-up) - just shows some moderate wear and age but was never cleaned nor polished (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece has a somewhat darkened bronze-toned finish (that is fully present and preserved). The badge is just a tiny bit stained ie. dirty simply caused by minimal wear and/or decades of storage. Nevertheless, a fairly early- (ie. eventually pre-war-) period, bronze-class SA-sports'-badge that is I deem priced according to its truly used- and totally untouched condition!
