This is an attractive - truly used and/or worn and fully matching! - pair of officers'-pattern, WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS) rank-insignia-bars (ie. 'Rangabzeichen für die Tarnuniform') as was intended for usage on the various camouflaged-uniforms by an officer holding the rank of: 'Major' (ie.: 'SS Sturmbannführer') being both typical, machine-stitched (ie. embroidered) examples as executed on typical black-toned and/or smooth-type wool and that come both in an overall nice- (ie. most certainly used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. Both pieces - which are of the 'embroidered-pattern' as executed in bright-green-coloured linnen-based - show two embroidered oakleaf-bars and a single square-sized (and additionally-attached) rank-bar signifying that these patches were intended for usage by an officer holding the rank of: 'Major' (ie.: 'SS Sturmbannführer'). Both pieces are just a tiny bit stained ie. wrinkled caused by decades of storage and wear but are still nicely preserved over the years (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and actually not that often encountered! - fully matching pair of embroidered-styled, WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS) rank-insignia-bars that is with certainty accordingly priced!
