This is an attractive - regrettably single but nevertheless quite scarcely found! - early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40 o. M43'-pattern) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Feldwebel eines Infanterie-Regiments' (or: NCO ie. sergeant who served within an army-infantry unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem clearly issued and/or moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat strap - which has the 'standard'-pattern, field-grey-coloured and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' - measures approximately 11,4 cms. in length and shows the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached. It shows the bluish-grey-coloured (ie. truly 'sub-dued') NCO-braid and a single (I deem 'Buntmetall'-based- and/or somewhat larger-sized) pip period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore this strap held the rank of: 'Feldwebel' (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap comes mounted onto its functional tongue and just shows moderate wear and/or age and is just very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat - and most certainly desirable! - NCO-type, Heeres 'Infanterie'-related shoulderstrap for a justified price!
