Fully matching - and actually scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres) neatly 'cyphered'- (and bright-red-piped!) officers'-pattern shoulderboards as specifically intended for a: 'Hauptmann u. Waffenoffizier der Artillerie-Trpn.'

This is a truly attractive - fully matching and actually quite scarcely encountered! - WH (Heeres) pair of neatly 'cyphered'- and/or typical bright-red- (ie. hochroter-) coloured (ie. piped) officers'-pattern shoulderboards as was specifically intended for - and clearly used and worn by! - a: 'Hauptmann u. Waffenoffizier der Artillerie-Truppen' (ie. captain and member within one the army weapon-schools) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just moderately used- ie. worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The attractive shoulderboards - which are regular-sized and do measure approximately: 11,2 cms. in length each - are piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour and have the greyish-silver-coloured- (ie. fairly sub-dued-) 'upperdecks' (as can be seen on the pictures). The boards show a matching pair of the neat copper-bronze-coloured-, somewhat smaller-sized (and I deem) 'Buntmetall'-based, so-called: 'canon'-'cyphers' (ie. 'Ziffern') and four (equally styled and regular-sized) pips period-attached (denoting the officers'-rank ie. function of a: 'Hauptmann u. Waffenoffizier'). The pair - which never had any tongues attached and that came with a pair of field-grey-coloured 'Schraubknöpfe' attached - only shows some moderate age and is just a tiny bit stained ie. dirty (simply caused by having been worn and/or stored as such for decades). Simply an attractive - and/or fully matching! - shoulderboard-pair that belonged to a: 'Hauptmann u. Waffenoffizier der Artillerie-Truppen': ideal to store in any shoulderboard-collection or to complete any officers'-pattern tunic. I deem that this attractive and/or neatly 'cyphered' shoulderboard-pair is most certainly accordingly priced!
