Later-war-period, WH (Heeres) so-called: 'M44'-pattern- and/or: trapezoid-shaped breasteagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Manns. u. Uffz.')

This is an attractive - and simply never used nor once tunic-attached! - example of a (typical later-war-period) WH (Heeres) so-called: 'M44'-pattern- (and/or trapezoid-shaped) breasteagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere des Heeres') being a field-grey-coloured example that is executed in the neat 'BeVo'-weave pattern and that shows an interwoven 'BeVo-Wuppertal'-makers'-designation and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. simply never used- ie. still 'virtually mint'-), condition. The piece - as executed in field-grey- ie. greyish-coloured linnen was the 'standard'-issue WH breasteagle as was used on most (later-war and/or battle-dress shaped) 'M-44-model-tunics. The eagle bears some truly minimal staining and/or wrinkled appearance (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice example: great to restore any M44 army-tunic or ideally fitted to be stored in any eagle- ie. cloth-collection!
