'TeNo' (ie. 'Technische Nothilfe') so-called: 'Zivilabzeichen' (being a neatly enamelled example that is individually numbered on its back with the unique bearers'-number: '21581')

This is a truly attractive - and actually fairly scarcely encountered! - so-called: 'TeNo' (ie. 'Technische Nothilfe' or: technical emergency-service) so-called: 'Zivilabzeichen' that is individually numbered on its back with the unique bearers'-number: '21581' and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit clearly used and/or worn-), condition. This example comes mounted onto its (still functional!) pin- ie. pin/catch-set-up and is individually numbered with a unique bearers'-number as mentioned above. There were various types of this pin and this is an example of the third and/or final type. It also bears a: 'Ges.Gesch' patent-pending-marking on its back as usually found. The piece comes in a slightly used- and/or worn condition overall (it retains, nevertheless, a fully undamaged enamelled surface as can be seen on the pictures) and has - I deem - never been cleaned nor polised (only the back is a bit dirty ie. tarnished as more often). A similar lapel-pin is also figured in the Heering-Hüsken lapel-pin-catalogue wherein it is given a unique nr. (5912C) and an estimated value of 120 Eu. Simply an attractive and detailed 'TeNo'-lapel-pin: I deem that I priced it according to its overall nice and/or undamaged- albeit used and/or worn, condition!
