Pair of WH (Heeres) EM-type (ie. 'M40- o. M43'-pattern) shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abtgs.'
This is a truly attractive - and fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40- o. M43'-pattern, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps having the neat bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for - and just moderately worn by! - a: 'Soldat eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs' (or: simple soldier who served within an army-signals unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit minimally used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11 cms. in length each - have the 'standard-type'- and/or field-grey-coloured, woolen-based 'upperdecks'. The straps - which have the bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured- and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached - come mounted onto their functional tongues: they show as stated above some minimally usage and/or wear only (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). Simply an attractive and/or: early- (ie. mid-) war-period, 'Heeres'-related EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs' and that is (I deem) accordingly priced!
