This is an attractive - and actually very scarcely found! - specimen of a just moderately used, 'variant'-pattern: 'Zellstoff'-based pouch as was specifically intended for a medal: 'Winterschlacht im Osten 1941/42' (or: Ost-medal) as was produced by the company named: 'Werner Redo' as was based in the town of Saarlautern (ie. 'Hersteller 88') and that comes as found and/or stored for decades. The typical beige-brown-coloured, carton- (ie. 'Zellstoff'-) based pouch (sized: 10 x 6,2 cms.) comes in a just moderately used condition: it shows some obvious usage- and/or handling-marks but is fully complete and functional (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a neat example that is perfectly fitted to store a: 'Medaille Winterschlacht im Osten 1941/42'!
