Truly used- and/or worn, customs-related cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen des Reichsfinanzverwaltung- o. Zollgrenzschutz') being a detailed example as executed in the so-called: 'flatwire'- (ie. 'BeVo-weave'-) pattern
This is an attractive - truly used- and/or carefully tunic-removed and actually not that easily encountered! - TR-period- ie. customs-related cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen des Reichsfinanzverwaltung- o. Zollgrenzschutz') being a detailed example that is executed in the neatly woven so-called: 'flatwire'- (ie. 'BeVo-woven'-) pattern and that comes in a truly used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-, condition. The cuff-title - which is a full-length example that measures approximately 44 cms. in length as more often - shows some obvious age, wear and/or staining and still shows the signs of having been once tunic-attached (as can be seen on the pictures). This particular piece originates from a neat insignia-lot that was recently uncovered at an old dry-cleaner in the town of Ghent (Gent) in Belgium: I have included an overview-picture of the entire lot (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a decorative 'Zoll'-related item that is actually not that often encountered: I deem that I have priced this neat cuff-title accordingly!
