Truly used- and/or worn, multi-coloured and machine-embroidered- (ie. 'variant'-type) armshield as was intended for a Russian volunteer of the 'Russian Liberation Army' (ie. 'POA')

This is a truly attractive - and with certainty worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed! - example of a multi-coloured- multi-coloured and machine-embroidered- (ie. 'variant'-type) armshield as was intended for a Russian volunteer of the 'Russian Liberation Army' (ie. 'POA') and that comes in a very nice- (ie. neatly period-confectioned- and/or most certainly once tunic-attached-), condition. The shield that shows the typical red-rimmed, white-toned shield and blue-coloured cross with above that the characters: 'POA' is an attractive example of the machine-embroidered (variant!) pattern comes as recently found and used: it is just a tiny bit 'wrinkled' ie. minimally stained and or faded simply caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage only (as can be seen on the pictures). This particular piece originates from a neat insignia-lot that was recently uncovered at an old dry-cleaner in the town of Ghent (Gent) in Belgium: I have included an overview-picture of the entire lot (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a very attractive example of a 'variant'-pattern 'POA'-armshield that shows true character!
