Single, early-period- (ie. I deem 'Reichswehr'-era), WH (Heeres) 'cyphered' EM-type shoulderstrap: 'Soldat des Infanterie-Rgts. 20'

This is an attractive - regrettably single but actually still fairly rarely encountered! - very early-period (ie. I deem 'Reichswehr'-era), WH (Heeres) 'cyphered' enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap having the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and/or 'woolen'-type piping attached as was executed in neat field-grey-coloured- and/or: woolen-based material as was specifically intended for - and with certainty used by! - a: 'Soldat des Infanterie-Regiments 20' (or: simple soldier who served within the army-infantry-regiment, numbered: '20') and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit just moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The strap - which measures 11 cms. in length - is fully 'text-book' in all facets and is executed in (typical 'Reichwehr'-era pattern) wool and having the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and/or 'woolen'-type piping attached. The strap come mounted onto its functional, woolen-based tongue attached (something that is more often encountered with these early-type straps): moreover, does it show the white-coloured '2'- and/or '0'-cyphers (ie. numerals or: 'Ziffern') which are both executed in so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei' as to be expected (as can be seen on the pictures). These type of (early) shoulderstraps are of the pre-war-period-pattern straps and were worn in the period around 1935/1937 (but were worn-out during the war). The strap only shows moderate wear and/or age and is just nicely preserved over the years: it came with a field-grey-toned tunic-button attached (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and with certainty quite scarcely encountered! - 'cyphered' shoulderstrap that belonged to a: 'Soldat des Infanterie-Regiments 20' and that is I deem accordingly priced!
