SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related 'tinnie' being a non-maker-marked example showing an SA-dagger and text: 'Brigade 78 Mittelfr. - Sportfest 1934 - Nürnberg'

The attractive - and unusually seen! - bright-silver-toned badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is (I deem) executed in bright-silver-coloured and so-called tin-based- (ie. pot-) metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but has presumably never been cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit dirty but has maintained a nice, somewhat tarnished age-patina). The square-shaped badge has a functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up and shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is very detailed and retains most of its silver-coloured finish (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece shows an SA-logo, dagger and townsview of Nürnberg coupled with the text: 'Brigade 78 Mittelfr. - Sportfest 1934 - Nürnberg'. Simply an attractive - and actually not often encountered! - fairly early-period, SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related tinnie that is I deem accordingly priced!
